What you pay

• Now: BD 300 deposit (deducted from final total).
• Service fee: 7% Order Handling Fee on device price. Not refundable.
• At delivery: Balance = (Device price + 7% fee) − BD 300.

Example: If device price is BD 520 → 7% fee = BD 36.40 → Total = BD 556.40 → Pay BD 300 now → Balance = BD 256.40.

How preorder works

1. Checkout this product for the BD 300 deposit.
2. We confirm model / color / storage on WhatsApp.
3. When ready, we invoice the balance and arrange delivery or pickup.

Delivery & pickup

• Target start: 19 September 2025 (subject to allocation).
• Queue is strictly first-come, first-served.
• Delivery across Bahrain or in-store pickup.

Refunds & changes

• If we cannot deliver within 3 weeks from preorder start, you may request a full refund of the BD 300 deposit.
• The 7% Service Fee is not refundable.
• Changing model/color/storage after order creation may require a new order and a new queue position.

Important

• One device per order.
• Government ID may be required on delivery or pickup.
• Warranty per Apple/manufacturer and Bahrain consumer law.

مثال: إذا كان سعر الجهاز 520 د.ب → ‎%7 = 36.40 د.ب → الإجمالي = 556.40 د.ب → تدفع الآن 300 د.ب → المتبقي = 256.40 د.ب.

طريقة الطلب المسبق

1. أكمِل شراء هذا المنتج لدفع الدفعة المقدمة 300 د.ب.
2. نؤكد الطراز/اللون/السعة عبر واتساب.
3. عند الجاهزية، نُصدر فاتورة بالمبلغ المتبقي ونرتّب التوصيل أو الاستلام.

التسليم والاستلام

• بداية متوقعة: 19 سبتمبر 2025 (حسب التخصيص).
• الأولوية حسب أسبقية الدفعة المؤكدة.
• توصيل داخل البحرين أو استلام من المتجر.

الاستردادات والتغييرات

• إذا لم نتمكّن من التسليم خلال 3 أسابيع من بدء الطلب المسبق، يمكنك طلب استرداد كامل الدفعة المقدمة 300 د.ب.
• رسوم الخدمة بنسبة ‎%7 غير قابلة للاسترداد.
• تغيير الطراز/اللون/السعة بعد إنشاء الطلب قد يتطلب طلبًا جديدًا ومركزًا جديدًا في القائمة.
